Hi, I’m Erin.
I help mission-driven organizations navigate growth and change with clarity, confidence, and sustainable momentum.
With more than 20 years of experience working staff-side in the nonprofit sector, I bring a creative, practical, and systems-aware approach shaped by years inside organizations doing the work. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions—every organization’s context, culture, and goals deserve a tailored path forward.
Over my career, I’ve worked across public-private partnerships, place-based and community-led initiatives, climate and environmental organizations, youth-serving and access-focused programs, and first-of-their-kind models. I’ve supported dozens of organizations, helped raise and steward more than $40 million, secured seven-figure gifts, built and led high-performing teams, and partnered closely with nonprofit boards, community groups and executive leadership.
Through it all my north star remains constant; to help organizations and individuals overcome obstacles to impact, arrive at clarity and attract the resources they need to fulfil their missions.
Outside of work, my family and I spend as much time as possible exploring the Olympic Peninsula and North Cascades—the places that raised me and continue to shape my commitment to community, connection, and environmental stewardship.
Values
-
Philanthropic resources are an expression of trust. I approach fundraising as a responsibility to donors, communities, and future generations, requiring care, transparency, and integrity.
-
I work to expand access to opportunity, particularly for historically underserved communities and youth, and pursue projects that strengthens people’s ability to engage with and benefit from shared public and environmental resources.
-
The most durable solutions emerge through collaboration across sectors, perspectives, and lived experience. I value partnership, listening, and seeking alignment, especially in complex environments.
-
I believe in creative approaches, finding the “third way” and that innovation is most powerful when it is grounded in lived experience.
-
Meaningful change requires courage—especially when navigating uncertainty, challenging the status quo, or naming hard truths. I believe courage is most sustainable when paired with joy: a sense of possibility, shared purpose, and humanity in the work. I bring optimism, steadiness, and resolve to complex efforts, helping leaders and organizations move forward with confidence, creativity, and heart.
